Covid-19 Latest Update: Performances suspended through July 5

The producers of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child are committed to the safety and peace of mind of all audience members. As such, in response to ongoing concerns over the spread of COVID-19, we must postpone all performances of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child through July 5. 

We fully understand that this is disappointing, so in response, we have opened up new performances in Fall 2020 in order to accommodate current and future ticket holders. Current ticket holders will be contacted directly with the option to exchange their tickets into these new dates.

For now, we would like to recognize our staff, artists and producers for their ongoing support. And especially you, for your continued commitment to the theatre community during this extremely difficult period. 

If you purchased via our website: you will be contacted directly with the option to exchange your tickets.

If you purchased at the Box Office with a credit card: you will be contacted directly with the option to exchange your tickets.

If you purchased at the Box Office with cash: please return your original tickets to the Curran Box Office when normal business hours resume. You will be able to exchange your tickets.

If you purchased tickets as part of a Group: please contact your Group Leader. If you are a Group Leader, you will be contacted by our Group Sales Manager. You may also contact him by emailing groups@sfcurran.com.

If you purchased tickets through any other licensed sales channel: please return to the original point of purchase for more information regarding exchanges. If you have your tickets in hand, please retain them for an exchange.

 

 

The producers of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and our Theatres have a commitment to the safety and peace of mind of all its audiences, cast and company, and theatre staff. In line with the latest advice from governments on the prevention of the spread of Covid-19, the producers have had-to make changes to performance schedules across our different territories, and this regrettably involves the temporary cancellation of some shows whilst measures are in place.

Local and national health authority advice varies from production to production in different cities and is evolving on a daily basis, but please be assured that the producers are working closely with government and health organizations around the world to ensure we are following the very latest advice.

We are listening to the concerns of ticket holders and have ticket refund and exchange policies in place. The very latest information on the performance schedule and ticket exchange policy for the productions is on our website, and will be regularly updated on the websites and social media channels for each production.

Thanks for your patience while we determine the best course of action in a rapidly developing situation, where the health and safety of audiences and staff must come first.
