COVID-19 LATEST UPDATE: PERFORMANCES TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED UNTIL SUNDAY, 6TH SEPTEMBER 2020.
The producers of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, London and the Palace Theatre are committed to the safety and peace of mind of all audiences, cast and company and theatre staff. We have been closely monitoring the ongoing coronavirus (Covid-19) situation and as such, under the instructions from the Society of London Theatre, performances of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child are suspended until Sunday 6th September 2020.
We are listening to the concerns of ticket holders and have ticket refund and exchange policies in place. All patrons holding tickets to affected performances do not need to do anything as your point of purchase will be in touch to arrange exchanges, refunds or to re-book for a future performance.
Please be assured that the producers are working closely with the Society of London Theatre, government bodies and health organisations in the UK to ensure we are following the very latest advice. At this current time we have been advised that London theatres will not reopen immediately; if further cancellations are necessary they will continue to be announced on a rolling basis. Our website and social media channels will be regularly updated with the very latest information on the performance schedule and ticket exchange policy.
This suspension of performances is temporary and we look forward to welcoming you back to the Palace Theatre just as soon as we can.
We ask for your patience and understanding as the current circumstances means that it is impossible to process all tickets within our usual 14 days. Please do not contact your credit card company as that will slow the process down and put an additional burden on our box office teams and other licensed sales channels.
