As such, under the instructions from the Society of London Theatre, performances of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child are suspended until Sunday 26th April.

We are listening to the concerns of ticket holders and have ticket refund and exchange policies in place. All patrons holding tickets to affected performances do not need to do anything, your point of purchase will be in touch to arrange exchanges, refunds or to re-book for a future performance.

Please be assured that the producers are working closely with the Society of London Theatre, government bodies and health organisations in the UK to ensure we are following the very latest advice. Our website and social media channels will be regularly updated with the very latest information on the performance schedule and ticket exchange policy.

This suspension of performances is temporary and we look forward to welcoming you to the Palace Theatre in the future.

If you purchased through our website (Nimax or ATG Tickets): a member of the relevant customer services team will be in touch to re-book you into future performances and to talk through all available return options. There is currently a high volume of orders to process with the most immediate performances being processed first, so please be patient whilst this work is being carried out.

If you purchased at the Box Office with a credit carda member of the relevant customer services team will be in touch about re-booking you into a future performance or crediting your account.

If you purchased tickets as part of a Group: please contact your Group Sales Agent for more information regarding refunds or exchanges.

The producers of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and our Theatres have a commitment to the safety and peace of mind of all its audiences, cast and company, and theatre staff.  In line with the latest advice from governments on the prevention of the spread of Covid-19, the producers have had-to make changes to performance schedules across our different territories, and this regrettably involves the temporary cancellation of some shows whilst measures are in place.

Local and national health authority advice varies from production to production in different cities and is evolving on a daily basis, but please be assured that the producers are working closely with government and health organisations around the world to ensure we are following the very latest advice.

We are listening to the concerns of ticket holders and the very latest information on the performance schedule and ticket exchange policy for the productions is on our website, and will be regularly updated on the websites and social media channels for each production.

Thanks for your patience while we determine the best course of action in a rapidly developing situation, where the health and safety of audiences and staff must come first.

We look forward to welcoming you back soon, where the magic continues on stage!
