IMPORTANT PERFORMANCE INFORMATION
PERFORMANCES SUSPENDED THROUGH APRIL 12, 2020
The producers of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, New York and The Lyric Theatre are committed to the safety and peace of mind of all audiences, cast and company, and theatre staff, so we have been closely monitoring the ongoing coronavirus (Covid-19) situation. As such, in line with the latest advice from the Governor of New York, who has restricted mass gatherings to no more than 500 people due to the spread of CV-19, we must temporarily suspend performances of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child through April 12, 2020.
We fully understand that this is disappointing and inconvenient for ticket holders and that many will want to change their plans for attending the show, so ticket refund and exchange policies are in place. All patrons holding tickets to affected performances should contact their points of purchase for exchanges, refunds or to re-book for a future performance.
If you purchased via Ticketmaster.com or Ticketmaster via Phone: your booking will be credited automatically allowing you to re-book future performances. For any issues, please contact Ticketmaster at +1-877-250-2929 and have your Ticketmaster Account Number/Confirmation Number handy. You need NOT retain your original tickets.
If you purchased at the Box Office with a credit card: your booking will be credited automatically allowing you to re-book future performances.
If you purchased at the Box Office with cash: please return your original tickets to the Lyric Theatre Box Office when normal hours of operation have resumed. You will be able to exchange your tickets for an alternate date of your choice, subject to availability, or you can receive a full refund.
If you purchased tickets as part of a Group: please contact your Group Sales Agent for more information regarding refunds or exchanges. Please retain your original tickets until you speak with the Group Sales Agent.
If you purchased tickets through any other licensed sales channel (Broadway.com, TodayTix, etc): please return to the original point of purchase for more information regarding refunds or exchanges. If you have your tickets in hand, please retain them for a refund or exchange.
Thank you, and we look forward to welcoming you at Harry Potter and the Cursed Child soon where the magic continues on stage.
The producers of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and our Theatres have a commitment to the safety and peace of mind of all its audiences, cast and company, and theatre staff. In line with the latest advice from governments on the prevention of the spread of Covid-19, the producers have had to make changes to performance schedules across our different territories, and this regrettably involves the temporary cancellation of some shows whilst measures are in place.
Local and national health authority advice varies from production to production in different cities and is evolving on a daily basis, but please be assured that the producers are working closely with government and health organizations around the world to ensure we are following the very latest advice.
We are listening to the concerns of ticket holders and have ticket refund and exchange policies in place. The very latest information on the performance schedule and ticket exchange policy for the productions is on our website, and will be regularly updated on the websites and social media channels for each production.
Thanks for your patience while we determine the best course of action in a rapidly developing situation, where the health and safety of audiences and staff must come first.
We look forward to welcoming you back soon, where the magic continues on stage.
